1st, Recognizing Stress with AWARENESS
The Intention: To bring awareness to the Body, Heart and Mind by being interested.
The Theme: Before something can be changed, it needs to be recognized.
The Practice: Awareness of sensations, emotions and thoughts, allowing them to flow.

2nd, Accepting Stress with CARING
The Intention: To care for the experiences that are being held in the Body, Heart and Mind:
The Theme: Clearly "Noting" the experiences in the body, heart and mind without judgmentalness.
The Practice: Physically & Emotionally opening and remembering to appreciate life.

3rd, Understanding Stress by Inquiring
Intention: To quietly consider the possible causes of the stressful experience by inquiring:
The Theme: The more we Understand about unhealthy stress the more it is reduced.
The Practice: Inquiring and reflecting on our experience in an non-judgmental way.
