When meditating it is important to: keep it simple, not to force it or expect too much from it.

With meditation practice remember the intention for the mind, body and breath.HOW TO STOP
Just remember momentarily stop the thinking process and drop into the body.HOW TO OPEN
Without expectation on the in-breath invite the body's tight places to open more.HOW TO SMILE
Release the jaw, rest the eyes allowing the mouth to widen, "may the mind smile"
