Discontent- Feeling uneasy with many of the daily experiences of life. (this is normal)

Attachment- “I" want it to be different, then it really is. (taking a personal position)

Contentment- Content with the discontent. (not wanting it different in this moment)

Awareness- Aware of what is happening inside the body, heart & mind. (before thought)
THE PRINCIPLE
Life Experiences = Discontent
THE PROBLEM
Life Experiences = Discontent + Attachment = Stress
Experiencing life = causes discontent to arise. + ADDING ATTACHMENT = causes stress.
THE SOLUTION
Life Experiences = Discontent + Awareness = Contentment
Experiencing life = causes discontent to arise. + Bare Awareness of the discontent = causes contentment of the discontent.
