  The bare experience of the body, heart and mind. The attitude brought to the experience of the body, heart & mind.
     
Heart Felt Sense Clear and Spacious Gentle and Firm
  A clear and spacious, Awareness unconditioned by judgmental thought. Willness to respond to the experience in a gentle and firm manner.
     
Body Sensations Hardness Softness
  Also to a lesser degree- roughness, heaviness, coldness, thightness and posture. Also to a lesser degree- smoothness, lightness, flowing and movement.
