Introduction, there is an awing relationship between the physical, emotional and the mental aspects of our human being.

The brain's 3 parts, shows how each part is individual and also has a collective purpose.
* The 1st Brain: Instinct
* The 2nd Brain: Emotion
* The 3rd Brain: Thought

Physical, Emotional and Mental Balance:
Also each aspect of our physical, emotional & mental being are wonderfully interconnected with each other. Each one supports the other in a "cause and effect" process.

     What happens in the body, is experienced by the heart and the mind.
     What happens in the heart, is experienced by the mind and the heart.
     What happens in the mind, is experienced by the heart and the body.

Stress Meditation:
With the practice of Stress Meditation we bringing awareness to:

The sensations of the body
The emotions of the heart
The thoughts of the mind.

We learn to understand how they work together and depend on each other. When we add a caring intention to all aspects of human experience. Stress is naturally returned to a healthy level. We also feel most alive when there is this balanced interaction between the body, heart and mind.

 

Emotional Thought Loops:
The sensations in our bodies inform us as to what we are feeling emotionally. The emotional mood give rise to thoughts. These thoughts result in emotions,words, actions and more thoughts. We are often caught up in these cause and effect closed loops without being fully aware of them. An effective way to open these close circuit thought loops is the have clear feedback (recognition) of what is happening. We then open to the actual experience (acceptance) which allow for the being fully present. This often all that needs to be done.

By bringing awareness and caring to our experience. The nervous and hormonal systems to come back into a state of natural balance. From the research into the formation of stress western science and psychology is offering us new and helpful information regarding stress.
