An overview of western science and physical, emotional and mental stress.
Introduction, the Stress Resources section, contains materials of Western science/psychology regarding the body, heart and mind. Good stress and bad stress: Like Goldilocks and the 3 bears, there can be times of "too much" stress or "too little" stress. Also there can be a balanced "Just Right" amount of stress that is full of life.

Physical Stress: Enters the body through the nerve systems and the hormonal systems. Each one having a specific purpose.

Emotional Stress: Is more powerful then we may realize and needs to be respected.

Mental Stress: Our perceptions/intentions play the central role in the management of stress.

Summary: Summary of all the above stress resources materials.

Library: To contain a wide variety of stress resources articles.
