Reflections & Quotes
This subsection contains short reflections and quotes.

Introduction, Reflections or new understanding have an "ahaa, this is true" sense about them. They often occur in the morning when the mind is clear and relaxed.

Daily Reflections:
"There isn't anything really wrong"

Yes, things may not be what 'I'. But this is life's real nature, to have the 10,000 joys/good and the 10,000 sorrows/bad.

"It is the intention that counts"
Even if things do not work, know my original intention.

'I've got it'
All the 'I've got it' self views, that have a strong 'I' of self referencing and self views. Require and on going consideration of "is this really true".

"When i take a good one, i get a bad one"
As far as the mind goes up, when grasping a good experience.
I also how far down the mind will go, when it grasps a bad experience.

"Do not give it a second thought"
With increased awareness, we do not add a second negative thought to a unhealty expereince.
Rather we 'let it just be'.

"Do not give it a second look"
We will not continue to look or look again, at something that is not helpful.
Rather we can look with the intention of caring about or for.

"Let it Be"
First, just recognize and accept without trying to change the experience.
Second, consider and understand the truth of the experience.

"Any Thing can Happen, at any time "
Keeping the mind open to this possibility, reduces disappointment.

"May i not take it personal"
i.e. 'I will never be good enough'
When i take it personal, i suffer.

"May i not make it personal."
i.e. 'She doesn't like me'
When i make it personal, i separate.
