THE PAST E-Newsletter History: 
Years 2002-03, 24 Meditation Practices on insight, love etc. from 'A Path with Heart' by Jack Kornfield were sent out.

THE FUTURE Aspirations:
As time and resources allow, we plan sending out a Stress Meditation community email. Which may include:

  1. Humour- Audio, Cartoons, Pictures and Text
  2. Articles on stress and the benefits of meditation.
  3. Meditation practices i.e. joy, kindness, forgiving, fear etc
  4. Topics of interest from various wisdom figures.
  5. Audio talks

The Intention:
In working with stress, we have found meditation and yoga to be very helpful. But tend to forget about its benefits etc. The hope is that by sending out interesting articles on Stress Meditation. It will be helpful reminder to myself and others to keep coming back to the meditation practice again and again.
