Welcome to the 5th 'Stress Meditation' E-Newsletter.
THE THEME- REMEMBERING
The Principals & Practices of Remembering
This will be the first of a series of five newsletters that will focus on our principles and practices of stress meditation. The five broad principles are 1. REMEMBERING, 2. Grounding, 3. Opening, 4. Knowing and 5. Understanding. We would like to share these five principles to help with the management of daily stress.
How does Remembering help in daily life?
As we remember to be interested in the intentions of the mind, the activities of the body and the qualities of the breath. We can recognize and release stress sooner before it builds up to a harmful level.
